Frequently asked questions
General1
We do not advise scheduling a surprise delivery. After years of making deliveries we advise against not confirming that someone will be home to accept the delivery. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for deliveries that can not be made.
Here are a few of the situations we have encountered that made delivery impossible or very difficult.
- Recipient is not home and is out celebrating their birthday
- No one is home to accept delivery and there is not a safe place to leave the perishable delivery
- Recipient is out of the country
- Locked gates/dogs on site

Our classic style layer cakes includes 2 cake layers. High stacked cakes are available.
How do we cut our cakes to feed so many guests? We cut our round cakes into quarters then, lay each quarter flat. We, then slice the portion that has been laid out into slices left to right into rectangles. Slice as if you're slicing a sheet cake.
